As a developer within Softlead, you can have ownership over the development directions of the product. This is a benefit that, in most cases, only start-ups can provide. Moreover, you can learn a lot of things about Product development, Marketing, UX/UI, Business, and Investments.
What are your key values and what are some daily work examples of them?
We strongly believe that both individually and as a team, it is important to believe in and live by a complete set of values. The most important of these are seriousness, professionalism, and respect for the client/user/team.
How diverse are your teams? What is the typical team size and structure?
Developing an international product means permanently having a multidisciplinary team. We work daily with developers, marketing, sales, and customer success specialists.
What is your remote work policy?
In order to always be connected, but also for more flexibility, we work in a hybrid mode (2 days a week we drink coffee together at the office).

Our interview process can be different depending on the position or experience of the candidate. In most cases, we plan a set of actions to help us get to know each candidate as well as possible. Thus, we ensure that there is a common chemistry and that we have all the prerequisites for long-term work. These activities may include CV assessment, initiation of a test to assess experience or knowledge, feedback, and selection of colleagues to join Softlead.
