Requirements
Education & General Skills
● University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable technical field
● Structured and solution-oriented working style
● Very good command of English (written and spoken)
● Awareness of Secure Coding practices and common vulnerabilities (e.g., input validation, injection prevention, authentication/authorization patterns)
🛠 Technical Skills
● Several years of hands-on experience with .NET, especially .NET Core (C#)
● Solid knowledge of Entity Framework for integration with MS SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL
● Familiarity with RESTful Web Services and ASP.NET MVC/Web API
● Experience with web technologies:
o JavaScript / TypeScript
o HTML5 / CSS3
o Basic knowledge of Angular is a plus
● Understanding of authentication and authorization patterns (e.g. OAuth)
● Confident handling of version control systems such as Git
● Experience in working in agile, interdisciplinary development teams
● Knowledge of EPLAN API or willingness to learn it quickly
Responsibilities
We are looking for an EPLAN API Developer to support the extension of standard functionalities and the development of new applications in an industrial engineering context. You will work at the intersection of design tools, ERP systems, and automation solutions. Your responsibilities will range from analyzing specifications and designing solutions to implementing, testing, and supporting applications.
The ideal candidate enjoys programming, works independently, and has strong analytical skills.
