Requirements
We expect you to bring at least eight years of experience in software development, including more than five years working with React.js. You possess deep knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS/SCSS/LESS, and responsive design frameworks such as Material UI and Bootstrap. You also have a strong understanding of RESTful APIs and how to use and integrate them efficiently.
You are familiar with .NET-based backend systems and collaborate effectively across the full stack. In addition, you have excellent communication and teamwork skills, combined with the ability to guide and mentor developers.
It is preferred that you are proficient in MSSQL, have experience contributing to backend features built in .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core), and a strong appreciation for clean code, reusable components, and modern frontend architecture patterns.

• Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, ownership, and collaboration.
• Architect, design, and implement modular and maintainable user interfaces using React.js and TypeScript.
• Collaborate closely with backend teams to integrate with .NET APIs and ensure consistent end-to-end system performance.
• Drive technical discussions and make architectural decisions around scalability, maintainability, and frontend standards.
• Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to translate complex business requirements into efficient user interfaces.
• Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions), ensuring smooth deployment and release processes.
• Oversee code reviews, advocate for test-driven deployment, and ensure high code quality standards.
• Continuously identify opportunities for improving performance, developer productivity, and UI/UX consistency.

As Senior Frontend Developer and Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading and influencing the technical direction of a growing product and frontend team. This is a hands-on leadership position based at our software development office in Cluj, Romania, where you’ll contribute directly to architecture and code, mentor engineers, and help deliver scalable applications used globally. Together with your team, you are responsible for the external (web-)apps while building a new digital foundation based in React, connected to .NET-based APIs. In this role, you will be part of our IT department, collaborating closely with colleagues in both Copenhagen, Denmark and Cluj, Romania. You will report to our Chief Technology Officer and be part of a culture that values learning, innovation, and engineering excellence. Want to know more?
