As Senior Frontend Developer and Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading and influencing the technical direction of a growing product and frontend team. You’ll play a central role in leading the frontend team consisting of 2-3 developers, defining best practices, and ensuring smooth collaboration across frontend and backend systems. This is a hands-on leadership position based at our software development office in Cluj, Romania, where you’ll contribute directly to architecture and code, mentor engineers, and help deliver scalable applications used globally. Together with your team, you are responsible for the external (web-)apps while building a new digital foundation based in React, connected to .NET-based APIs. In this role, you will be part of our IT department, collaborating closely with colleagues in both Copenhagen, Denmark and Cluj, Romania. You will report to our Chief Technology Officer and be part of a culture that values learning, innovation, and engineering excellence. Want to know more?
