Requirements
5+ years of commercial experience working with Python in production environments
Proven proficiency in Python/Django and/or Golang as well as JavaScript and React
Extensive hands-on experience with AWS services, including serverless architecture and AWS Lambda
Prior experience in the advertising technology domain, particularly with programmatic platforms or publisher-centric tools, is a strong advantage
Solid understanding of designing, building, and maintaining scalable, high-availability systems
At least Upper-Intermediate level of spoken and written English
Personal Profile
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts and collaborate across departments
Ability to independently solve complex technical challenges while contributing effectively within cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
Build and maintain high-performance, scalable full-stack systems leveraging AWS cloud services (including Lambda, EventBridge, S3), Python, Django, Go, and modern front-end technologies like React and JavaScript libraries
Work closely with product and engineering teams to define, design, and deliver new capabilities for a cutting-edge AdTech platform
Enhance system performance and scalability by proactively identifying bottlenecks and implementing optimization strategies
Investigate and debug production issues, ensuring system stability and a smooth user experience.
Contribute to development of technical project documentation and user documentation
