● minimum of 5 years of experience in Python development, including significant experience with web frameworks such as Django (preferred), Flask, or FastAPI
● at least 3 years of experience with SQL databases and ORMs
● excellent knowledge of async workers / task queues, such as Celery
● hands-on experience with Git
● proven track record of improving API performance
● knowledge of security best practices
● proven experience working with Unix-based operating systems

● develop our first product from the ground up, using Python and Django
● collaborate with the CTO, product owner, and testing team to design and implement our software’s robust, scalable, and secure REST APIs

● implement security measures that protect our patients’ data from potential threats

Contract Type: Independent Contractor (Self-employment or LLC)
Type of Work: Full time (40 hours per week)
Location: Remote work
Work Schedule: Flexible, Mon-Fri: 12:00 – 21:00 EEST, including 1 hour lunch break
Salary Range: 12800- 22500 RON gross monthly, based on skills and experience
Reporting to: Chief Technical Officer
