Junior Project Manager

**Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with the Program Manager to develop, track, and maintain project plans and timelines. - Coordinate project tasks across teams, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met. - Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and roadblocks. - Assist in identifying potential project risks and resolving issues as they arise. - Collect, document, and clarify business requirements to guide project development. - Partner with development teams to ensure proper implementation of requirements and quality delivery. - Leverage modern tools, including AI, to streamline processes and improve workflows. - Maintain up-to-date project documentation, templates, and resources. - Contribute to the creation of project reports to track progress and performance. - Support continuous improvement of project management tools, processes, and methodologies. - Facilitate Scrum, ensuring adherence to Scrum practices and fostering team collaboration.
