Location: Bucharest (hybrid: 2 days in-office per week) As a Business Analyst you will be a vital link between clients and the development team. Your main objective will be to understand the client's requirements and successfully translate them into specifications and wireframes that help the team develop quality deliverables in an efficient manner every single sprint. What you bring to the table: Experience: 5+ years in a similar role, ideally with a background in digital banking. You understand the nuances of the industry and are ready to contribute your expertise; University education in IT, Business, Finance, or related field; Problem-solving skills: demonstrated ability to approach complex problems with strategic thinking, analysis, and a knack for uncovering practical solutions; Requirements expert: proven experience in eliciting, documenting, and refining business requirements with a focus on clarity and precision; Strong communicator: excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. You know how to articulate your ideas clearly and connect with both technical and non-technical stakeholders; Critical thinker: you excel at analyzing situations from multiple perspectives and have the ability to make sound decisions.
