Mid Backend Engineer

We're building the next generation advertising management platform that connects media agencies and space owners. Our platform streamlines the entire advertising lifecycle - from media planning and campaign management to space booking and order fulfillment. What You'll Work With Core Stack: Spring Boot 3, Kotlin/Java - Kotlin preferred. Database: PostgreSQL, JPA/Hibernate Infrastructure: AWS (S3, EKS), Docker Auth & Security: OpenID Connect Architecture: Microservices, Event-driven systems Real-time: WebSockets for live notifications Tools: Git, REST APIs, Maven/Gradle What We're Looking For Must Have: 2-4 years of backend development experience Strong knowledge of Spring Boot and JVM languages (Kotlin preferred) Experience with PostgreSQL and ORM frameworks Understanding of RESTful API design principles Familiarity with microservices architecture Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail What We Offer Competitive net salary: 5,000 - 7,000 RON Flexible working arrangements (hybrid/remote) Direct impact on product development in a growing startup Modern tech stack and best practices Learning and development opportunities Small, collaborative team environment Opportunity to shape the future of AdTech in Romania
