Requirements
Your profile
 Personality: Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about visual design.
 Working Practice: You have a hands-on mentality and a structured working approach to get things done.
 Experience: Proven track record in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing icons, illustrations, and styling work for digital products.
 Skills: Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma). Knowledge of design systems and responsive design principles.
 Education: Diploma or Degree in Interaction Design, Interface Design, Service Design or comparable.
 Fluent in written and verbal English, German desirable, but not compulsory
 Readiness to travel (approx. 30%)
Responsibilities
Your tasks
In this role, you will be the creative force behind our visual identity and design language. Your focus will be on crafting high-quality icons, illustrations, and styling concepts that enhance usability and brand consistency across our digital platforms.
• Design and develop icon sets, illustrations, and other visual elements for our applications.
• Define and maintain design guidelines, color schemes, and typography standards.
• Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to ensure cohesive and appealing designs.
• Create mockups and visual assets for implementation.
• Continuously refine and improve the visual style of our products to ensure clarity, consistency, and beauty.
