Requirements
🎓 Education & General Skills
• University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable field
• Very good command of English (written and spoken)
đź› Technical Skills
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka (Core, Connect, Streams)
• Knowledge of Confluent Platform (Schema Registry, ksqlDB, Connectors)
• SQL and experience with data integration (relational and NoSQL)
• Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure, AWS or GCP) is an advantage
• DevOps– experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes) and declarative infrastructure management using Flux or similar tools
• Apache Spark (Databricks)
• Python scripting
Nice to have:

About the Role
We are looking for a new colleague to strengthen our on-site team in Timișoara.
As a Data Engineer you will design, build and operate streaming data pipelines and event-driven architectures. You will work with Apache Kafka and Confluent tools, integrate diverse data sources, and support our industrial and enterprise projects with scalable and secure data platforms.
