Requirements
β’ Having strong, hands-on experience with Node.js and TypeScript, with a firm grasp of asynchronous programming and backend architecture.
β’ Being familiar with the Fastify framework and building scalable APIs.
β’ Having expertise in PostgreSQL design and experience using Prisma ORM.
β’ Being proficient in containerisation, particularly with Kubernetes.
β’ Being familiar with Next.js for frontend or server-rendered applications.
β’ Demonstrating proven mentoring skills, helping junior or mid-level engineers grow.
β’ Fluent in English (min. B2+).
β’ Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.
Responsibilities
β’ Developing scalable, high-performance backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.
β’ Leading the creation of efficient APIs and backend solutions with Fastify.
β’ Designing and optimising PostgreSQL databases using Prisma ORM.
β’ Mentoring team members transitioning to Node.js and TypeScript.
β’ Assisting in the deployment and management of services with Kubernetes.
β’ Collaborating with stakeholders to define technical requirements based on product needs.
β’ Participating in code reviews.
