Senior Developer

- You write production code every day. This is a building role, not a planning role. - Comfortable working as one of four people with no layers between you and the founders. - Able to own entire features and subsystems from design through deployment with minimal hand-holding. - Self-directed across time zones. Nobody is assigning you tickets or checking in every hour. - You move fast without cutting corners. Speed and accuracy are both required, not a trade-off. - Strong written communication in English. - Willing to work across the full stack wherever the platform needs you, not just where youre comfortable. - You leverage AI for efficiency and speed, but can do so with an eye to proper code. Your Experience: - Youve shipped production software used by real customers, not just prototypes or side projects. - Experience building and maintaining full-stack applications across backend, frontend, and database layers. - Youve worked in small teams or startups where you owned large pieces of the product. - Track record of debugging complex issues across multiple layers of the stack. - Youve built or maintained integrations with third-party APIs and external data systems. - Experience working remotely with distributed teams across different time zones. - Youve operated in environments where priorities shift fast, and you adapted without drama. - You are pragmatic, team-oriented, never my way or the highway. Required Skills: - 5+ years of professional software development experience. - Strong Python. FastAPI or Flask, async patterns, REST API development. - JavaScript/React, NodeJS, component architecture, state management, API integration. - PostgreSQL. Complex queries, schema design, migrations, performance tuning. - Docker, Kubernetes, containerized development workflows. - Git version control and collaborative development practices. - Linux command line proficiency. - Full command of HTML and CSS. - Documenting your code is in your DNA. Good to Have: - Experience with AI/ML pipelines, NLU systems, or LLM integration. - Redis caching and optimization. - Enterprise authentication protocols (OAuth2, SAML, SSO). - Enterprise software or B2B platform development experience. - Familiarity with vector databases or embedding workflows. - Monitoring, observability, or APM tooling experience. - Installer, deployment automation, or packaging software for customer environments. - Experience with microservices architecture and container orchestration. - Familiarity with enterprise security requirements and compliance-driven development.
