Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Strong experience with Python for backend development, using frameworks like Django and FastAPI to build scalable and maintainable service layers.
Practical knowledge of web scraping techniques using Python tools, including handling dynamic pages and integrating extracted data into workflows.
Exposure to LLMs / AI/ML workflows, with the ability to integrate AI-driven features into existing systems.
Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, including schema design, efficient querying, and working with structured/unstructured data.
Proficiency with Docker for containerizing applications and managing multi-service environments.
Comfortable working in Linux environments for configuration, debugging, and system operations.
Strong command of Git workflows and solid grounding in object-oriented programming principles.
Experience integrating external APIs, handling authentication, data transformation, and error management.
Familiarity with distributed architectures, multi-service systems, and scalable backend patterns.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote, team-driven environment.
Clear and concise technical communication, with the ability to document decisions, processes, and system behavior.
Nice to have:
Nice to Have Ability to develop modern front-end interfaces using React and Next.js, focusing on component reusability and performance. Experience with no-code / low-code automation tools (e.g., n8n) for workflow orchestration. Familiarity with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and vector-based search workflows. Experience designing or integrating BI interfaces such as dashboards, reporting layers, and KPI visualization tools. An analytical, consultative approach to solving problems in data-intensive environments. Role Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Software Engineer (Remote) with strong technical skills in backend development, web technologies, AI/ML workflows, and data engineering. You will work across the full product lifecycle—designing backend services, building front-end interfaces, developing scraping and data ingestion pipelines, and contributing to AI-driven capabilities.
At Stonehaven Analytics, you’ll join a team deeply invested in data automation, modern software architectures, and applied AI. You will contribute to platforms operating at scale, develop solutions powered by LLMs, and help build next-generation analytics capabilities integrated directly into our clients’ workflows. This role provides the opportunity to shape product architecture, optimize data pipelines, and participate in innovative projects involving automation, machine intelligence, and BI systems.
Key Responsabilities
Contribute to the design and development of platform features, from concept to implementation, ensuring they meet quality, reliability, and scalability expectations.
Collaborate with the team to develop user-facing functionalities and data-driven interfaces that improve the overall product experience.
Build and maintain web scraping pipelines to extract structured data, interact with dynamic websites, and feed downstream data-processing systems.
Integrate external APIs and data sources, designing reliable ingestion flows and ensuring proper transformation and storage.
Contribute to AI/ML and LLM-powered features, assisting with data preparation, pipeline integration, and feature implementation.
Participate in architecture discussions, proposing solutions for performance optimization, fault tolerance, and system scalability.
Write clear documentation for development processes, components, and system behavior.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members to solve technical challenges and deliver robust, value-driven solutions.
