Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience using Golang
- Strong experience with system architecture, deployment, and monitoring
- Hands-on experience working with large-scale data workflows
- Solid understanding of scalability, performance, and reliability principles
- Familiarity with the RTB / CTV advertising ecosystem
- Ability to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Upper-Intermediate or higher English level

Project You will contribute to the development of a smart advertising platform that processes terabytes of data to understand audiences and deliver precise, contextual ads. The platform combines AI, LLMs, and emerging technologies to push the boundaries of CTV advertising. In this role, you will own innovation end-to-end — from research and prototyping to delivering production-ready solutions.
