Product compliance specialist

Regulatory Analysis: • Monitor and analyze European regulations and standards related to product compliance. • Provide guidance on necessary certifications and compliance requirements for our products. Documentation and Reporting: • Prepare and maintain compliance documentation, including technical files, risk assessments, and declaration of conformity. • Assist in the preparation of reports for regulatory authorities as required. • Establish the Standard Operation Procedure to standardize the process and procedure on regulatory compliance, and coordinate with different departments to implement the SOP. Product Testing and Certification: • Coordinate product testing and certification processes with third-party laboratories. • Ensure all products meet safety, quality, and environmental standards before market launch. Cross-Functional Collaboration: • Collaborate with product development, engineering, and marketing teams to integrate compliance considerations into product design and marketing strategies in compliance to different regulatory and customers’ requirements, such as RoHS, REACH, TSCA Conflict Minerals and Swedish Law (2016:1067). • Provide training and support to internal teams on compliance requirements and best practices. • Work with Business, Procurement, and Engineering in driving for supplier’s activities Continuous Improvement: • Identify areas for improvement in compliance processes and contribute to the development of best practices. • Stay informed about changes in regulations and industry standards and communicate relevant updates to stakeholders.
