Requirements
You can learn fast - more important than what you know now
Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
You can think clearly - break down problems, analyze requirements
You work autonomously - given specs, you figure it out
You're good with AI tools - or excited to become good
Nice to have:
Python or Flutter experience Personal projects or strong GitHub portfolio Experience with legacy system modernization Prior experience with LangChain, FastAPI, or AWSResponsibilities
You'll be part of our new Bucharest engineering team (4-5 people), building the Mindbots Platform.
Build core platform infrastructure that redefines how AI agents collaborate
Design and implement intelligent systems that push AI beyond current limitations
Own features end-to-end: design → build → test → deploy
Work with clear specs and requirements, not vague requests
Ship real products that customers use - not experiments or demos
Hybrid setup with shared workspace. Small team, no bureaucracy. You work directly with leadership, no middle management.
Tech: Python, FastAPI, LangChain, Flutter/Dart, AWS, Docker, Terraform. AI tools (Cursor IDE) mandatory. No prior Python/Flutter required - the stack is a means to an end.
