Requirements
We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of a cutting-edge blockchain project built on Solana technologies. The ideal candidate is passionate about writing clean, efficient code, takes ownership of their work, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
Must-Have Skills
Frontend:
• Strong experience with TypeScript/JavaScript (at least 2 years of experience)
• Proficiency in Node.js
Backend:
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL (at least 2 years of experience)
Team's Skills:
• Work ownership principle
• Familiar with Agile methodologies
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
Nice to have:
Nice-to-Have Skills Frontend: • Next.js framework • Experience with ethers.js for blockchain interactions • Familiarity with smart contract integration • RESTful API development Backend: • Experience with NestJS • Knowledge of RESTful API design and development • Familiarity with Redis (not yet in production but may be used in future projects) Blockchain (Solana-specific): • Experience with Solana Web3.js • Familiarity with the Anchor framework • Understanding of Rust-based smart contracts on Solana • Knowledge of Solana ecosystem tools What We Value • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills • Ability to work independently and take ownership of features • Familiarity with Agile methodologies • Strong written and verbal communication skillsResponsibilities
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Prioritise writing clean and maintainable code that follows best practices and industry standards
• Write Unit-tests and end-to-end tests so we can release with peace in mind
• Perform daily Code Reviews to colleagues
• Outline solutions with technical implementation proposals
• Debug and fix bugs in existing web applications
• Involved in configuration and monitoring of the infrastructure
• Collaborate with the team and attend meetings
