Requirements
Job Location: Romania, remote.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years in ServiceNow with at least one year in Automation Tests.
Language: English (must have), French (optional)
Required Skills
Advanced proficiency in ServiceNow (preferred certifications: ). => Must Have
Experience with ServiceNow’s Automated Test => Must Have
Scripting experience: JavaScript, Python => Must Have
Familiarity with complementary automation tools: => Nice to Have
Knowledge of CI/CD environments (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, etc.). => Nice to Have
Understanding of ITIL best practices and ITSM/ITOM processes. => Nice to Have
Soft Skills
Ability to write clear test plans and defect reports.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Autonomous, rigorous, and team-oriented.
Technical English (ServiceNow documentation is in English).
Certifications (Preferred)
· CAD, CAT, or equivalent
Nice to have:
A similar project on ServiceNow platforme with implementation of automation tests.Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement test automation strategies for ServiceNow solutions (ITSM)
Develop and maintain automation scripts.
Collaborate with Run team, and business teams to integrate automation tests.
Optimize test processes to reduce delivery times and improve deployment quality.
Train and support technical and functional teams on automation best practices.
Analyze test results, identify issues, and propose corrective actions.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of test frameworks and QA methodologies.
