Requirements
2+ years of hands-on AWS experience
4+ years of hands-on system administration experience
1+ Associate level certification in AWS or have the knowledge, experience and willingness to get certified within a month of starting with 56Bit
Strong Terraform skills
AWS Well-Architected Framework
Linux System Administration & Bash scripting
Web services, API, REST
TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP and distributed networks
Database experience (SQL and/or NoSQL)
CI/CD and DevOps
Basic experience in at least one programming language (Python preferred)
Work experience in infrastructure, database and network administration for highly available and scalable applications
Nice to have:
AWS Serverless technologies Kubernetes Professional or Speciality level AWS certification(s)Responsibilities
You will deliver technical solutions using cutting edge technologies and industry best practices to implement and administer cloud platforms for 56Bitβs customers.
The Cloud Engineer promotes the use of automation to solve technical challenges, and strives to create elegant, reliable and cost-effective solutions as part of the project deliverables.
